Even though I’ve pretty much worked for myself and been able to set my own schedule my entire adult life, I used to be one of those morning grumpy people.

I would wake up and immediately begin to stress out about everything I had to do that day or worse, start to get anxious about money. Not a great way to begin a day when you’re in the business of empowerment and transformational education.

I soon learned waking up with negative thoughts in the morning would lead to experiencing more of the same all day. So one day I resolved to shift up my morning routine so that I would begin to feel better throughout my day.
