The other morning I woke up in a pissy mood and couldn’t seem to shake it. This funk o’ mine lasted well into the day and no matter how much I tried to ignore it, the drag factor was felt by everyone.
And even worse was that instead of using one of my handy dandy tools to help kick the piss out sooner, I started to double down on it by making myself wrong for feeling this way. (And yes, my inner critics were having a field day with this one.)

Well I’m happy to report that I did indeed turn it around and had a big AHA moment along the way!
